The stealth gameplay is a great example-both have basic enjoyable stealth but GoT has been bashed a good bit for it's simplistic stealth.but Sekiro's is even more simple. So, I find it frustrating when there are a lot of nitpicking criticisms of GoT when the same level of critique is not applied to a game like Sekiro. The game has many flaws (like all games do) which I think it has largely gotten a pass on. But, in my opinion it has been way over-hyped as being somehow the pinnacle of action design. Sekiro is probably my favorite FromSoft game this generation. It is a very challenging and punishing game whereas Ghost is more combat power fantasy. Both games are excellent but Sekiro is VERY different in play philosophy. Sekiro is thematically a great follow up to GoT.
